I'm Charlie. Suits SEOs is me, so there's no account manager, no offshore team, and nobody junior doing the work while a salesperson takes your call. I work out of Covington and I cover both sides of the river. I publish my prices because I got tired of agencies making you sit through a discovery call just to find out what something costs, and if you want to see the problem before you spend anything I'll run the audit and show you.

I scanned 150 local business websites around Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky this month and most of them were missing the same handful of things. No city in the title tag, no structured data, no page for the towns they actually cover. Those are the things I fix! And now that Google answers a lot of questions without ever sending you a click, being the business an AI assistant can actually quote matters about as much as ranking does.

Common questions

How long does SEO take to work?

Google Business Profile work often shows movement in four to six weeks. Organic rankings for competitive terms realistically take three to six months and sometimes longer in a crowded trade, so anybody promising you faster than that is selling you something. I'd rather you heard it now than be disappointed in month two.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and honestly you should walk away from anybody who does. Rankings depend on Google's algorithm, what your competitors are spending, and how fast changes actually get made on your side, and I don't control any of those. What I will do is tell you exactly what work I'm doing, show you the numbers every month, and be straight with you when something isn't working.

Why do you publish your prices when nobody else does?

Because I went and looked. Out of the fifty odd agencies serving Cincinnati, fewer than ten show a real number anywhere on their own website and everybody else wants a discovery call first. That wastes your time and mine, so I'd rather you turned up already knowing whether we're in the same ballpark.

Who owns my Google Business Profile and my website?

You do, always. Your business holds the owner role on your Google Business Profile and your name goes on the domain registration and the hosting account, and I'm added as a manager. If we stop working together you don't lose anything and you're not chasing me for a password. Ask every agency you talk to about this one.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

No! Monthly work is month to month with thirty days notice, and I'd rather keep you because the work is worth it than because you're locked in.

What if I don't have a website at all?

Then we start there, because there's nothing to optimise otherwise! A lot of businesses around here (barbers, handymen, tree services, massage therapists) are running entirely off a Booksy, Vagaro or Yelp profile, and that works fine right up until somebody searches for you by name and finds a booking platform instead of you.

Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, both sides of the river. I'm based in Covington, so Covington, Newport, Fort Mitchell, Florence and the rest of NKY are my home market, and I work across the river in Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Mason, West Chester, Loveland, Milford, Fairfield, Norwood, and Anderson and Delhi Townships.
