What it costs

These are the real numbers. I publish them because making you sit through a sales call just to find out what something costs is a waste of your afternoon and mine, and if your situation doesn't fit one of these then tell me what you need and I'll quote it!

How billing works

• Monthly work is month to month. Thirty days notice to stop, no cancellation fee, and no twelve month contract
• One time work is 50% up front and 50% on delivery
• You own everything. Your domain, your hosting account, your Google Business Profile, and every page I write for you
• I get added as a manager on your accounts, never as the owner
• No ranking guarantees. Anybody offering you one is either lying or doesn't understand how this works

What you can count on

• My prices are published right on this site, so you don't need a discovery call to find out what something costs!
• Month to month. No twelve month lock in, and thirty days notice to stop
• You work with me start to finish (I'm the only one here)
• I show you the audit findings before you pay for anything
• I don't guarantee rankings because nobody honestly can, so instead I'll tell you what I'm doing and show you what changed

Common questions

How long does SEO take to work?

Google Business Profile work often shows movement in four to six weeks. Organic rankings for competitive terms realistically take three to six months and sometimes longer in a crowded trade, so anybody promising you faster than that is selling you something. I'd rather you heard it now than be disappointed in month two.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and honestly you should walk away from anybody who does. Rankings depend on Google's algorithm, what your competitors are spending, and how fast changes actually get made on your side, and I don't control any of those. What I will do is tell you exactly what work I'm doing, show you the numbers every month, and be straight with you when something isn't working.

Why do you publish your prices when nobody else does?

Because I went and looked. Out of the fifty odd agencies serving Cincinnati, fewer than ten show a real number anywhere on their own website and everybody else wants a discovery call first. That wastes your time and mine, so I'd rather you turned up already knowing whether we're in the same ballpark.

Who owns my Google Business Profile and my website?

You do, always. Your business holds the owner role on your Google Business Profile and your name goes on the domain registration and the hosting account, and I'm added as a manager. If we stop working together you don't lose anything and you're not chasing me for a password. Ask every agency you talk to about this one.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

No! Monthly work is month to month with thirty days notice, and I'd rather keep you because the work is worth it than because you're locked in.

What if I don't have a website at all?

Then we start there, because there's nothing to optimise otherwise! A lot of businesses around here (barbers, handymen, tree services, massage therapists) are running entirely off a Booksy, Vagaro or Yelp profile, and that works fine right up until somebody searches for you by name and finds a booking platform instead of you.

What areas do you serve?

Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, both sides of the river. I'm based in Covington, so Covington, Newport, Fort Mitchell, Florence and the rest of NKY are my home market, and I work across the river in Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Mason, West Chester, Loveland, Milford, Fairfield, Norwood, and Anderson and Delhi Townships.
